This book gathers the best papers presented at the second conference held by the Russian chapter of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), which took place in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation, in December 2019. It shares the latest insights into various aspects of the digitalization of the economy and the consequences of transformation in public administration, business and public life. Autorenporträt
Alena Fedorova is an Associate Professor of the Department of Human Resource Management and Psychology at the Ural Federal University, Yekaterinburg, Russia. Her main research and teaching interests include digitalization of work, labor economics, human resource management. She is a President of the Russian chapter of the Association for Information System (RusAIS).Evgeny Zaramenskikh is Professor and Head of the Department of Business Informatics at National Research University Higher School of Economics(HSE), Moscow, Russia. Further, he owned and managed an IT consultant business, which completed more than a hundred IT projects in aviation, defense, banking, retail and other industries. He is a Vice-President at large of the Russian chapter of the Association for Information System (RusAIS).
