Beschreibung
The title "Increasing spa attractiveness among men- case of Estonia" is chosen by the author in order to investigate more deeply about Estonian men consumer behavior as a spa clients. The main problem in current study is related to men behavior differences with women while visiting the spas, which was one of the aims that the author wished to confirm through the research.Therefore there has been formed following research question: What factors influence the use of spa services among men? According to the stated question and problem setting, the author choose to combine both qualitative and quantitative research methods
