Beschreibung
The Economy for Common Good pursues the goal of an ethical and sustainable economic model. Economic activity should serve the common good rather than maximizing profits. The implementation of this idea raises many legal questions: But does the idea of the Economy for the Common Good comply with our current legal order? This volume deals with issues such as tax law, competition law, labour law, as well as questions regarding the legal reporting obligations of certain large companies on non-financial aspects of their business activities.
