This book also provides ways to Improve the strategie, education and training on information concerning exclusive breastfeeding in order to reach mothers with low knowledge about the benefits and optimal duration of exclusive breastfeeding.

Ms Joyce Ndekugri obtained her post graduate degree in public health at the University of Ghana in 2017. She earlier attended university of Cape coast where she obtained a BA(Hons) degree in 2014. She worked with the University of Ghana school of public health as a research assistant.
