The Greek landmark in seeking and developing ways to inform people in emergencies it should have been on August 24, 2007, in Ilia, Peloponnesus. The investigation would be presented in SafeKozani on November 2018.On July 23, 2018, a forest fire in Mati, Attica, passed into the urban web with devastating consequences; the death of more than 100 people. In this case, the conclusions were the same as at Ilia.The proposal was presented by targeting to a new cell broadcast message's tab.At the beginning of 3Q 2019, the first Greek C.B. message was a reality. Here, we propose step by step how to develop the newborn Greek public warning system.Subsequent investigations will be carried out in the specific and differentiated groups of people who are disproportionately affected, starting with that people with disabilities.
