'Criminal Law and Legal Philosophy: Argentinian Perspectives' This book presents twelve representative recent essays by Argentinian scholars in the overlapping fields of legal philosophy and criminal law. All texts are distinguished by the conjunction of positions from the English, Spanish and German speaking world. They do not only provide an insight into a highly sophisticated culture of debating, but also bring important new stimuli to the international discourse in the philosophy of criminal law.
