Combating the effects of crime and of criminal acts themselves in the field of computer crime are primarily assignment with which to be tackles by legislators in the repressive and preventive sense. In order to successfully cope with the problems caused by computer crime, the institutions that fight against it must, first of all, be well educated, technologically modernized and able to quickly adapt to information technology and, accordingly, they must be able to constantly change and improve. It would be wrong wait for the practice to shows all the possible abuses that cybercrime is able to produce and only then to analyze them and respond with countermeasures. It is necessary to educate experts who will be able to analyze information technology and to predict both future abuses and measures that will then be applied.

After successful defense of the doctoral dissertation in June of 2015., received PhD from Criminal law. Studying Criminal law, Computer criminality, Medicine law, Criminalistics, Energy law.
