Gjokutaj Eduart, has graduated to economic science at the University of Tirana, Albania. He is the founder and contributor to the Center of Economic and Fiscal Studies 'AL-TAX'. Eduart is a contributor to the World Bank report 'Doing Business' for Albania, while there are numerous publications and writes regularly on economic press.
