Beschreibung
'Constitutional Adjudication, Constitutional Procedural Law and Pluralism' The German Constitutional Court is, primarily, a social-related tribunal. It is a tribunal for the citizen provided it works to establish and maintain the fundamental consensus of civil society. In that sense, one can say that the Court is increasingly less a state court and has become gradually a factor of social integration. In this, the constitutional procedural law, given as a right of participation and pluralism, plays a decisive role.
