'Religious Diversity' Amongst other things, due to expanding mobility religious and ideological diversity has increased. So less than ever one can speak of a homogenous society, especially when it comes to the European Countries. The conference on the topic 'Religious diversity - challenges for law' (15.-17.02.2016, Katholische Akademie Berlin) clarified that the system of state-church law is not extensive enough anymore. As it is currently tailored to the Catholic as well as to the Protestant Church, the state-church law has to open up to further churches and religious communities.
