Causation issues present analytically challenging and complex problems for the law. Autorenporträt
Douglas Hodgson, BA, LLB, LLM (London), Barrister and Solicitor, is a Professor of International and Civil Law at The University of Western Australia. His career as an academic lawyer has spanned 28 years and four countries. He has published widely in the fields of causation law and international human rights law.
