Emphasis on the right to live and enjoy the healthy environment in this declaration, has caused the start of Civil movements in many countries and from inside of these movements, environmental justice has appeared. It seems to us, that Human Rights, Protection of environment and civil rights - are Three sides of a triangle which are very important both: in internal law and in international law. Lack of suitable laws and rules in International Judicial System, confirm that the World needs new international conventions and rules for supporting environmental justice.
