'German Limited Partnerships within the Scope of Investment Regulation Law' The publication examines the effects of the application of Investment Regulation Law to investment funds organised as Limited Partnerships from a regulatory, corporate and tax perspective. In essence it is devoted to the potential conflict between the organisational constitution of Limited Partnerships, in particular the principle of self-government, and the regulatory requirements for the organisation of the external collective management of investment funds.

Benedikt Schewe studierte von 2007 bis Anfang 2013 Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Osnabrück. Nach Abschluss der ersten juristischen Staatsprüfung promovierte er bei Prof. Dr. Heike Jochum, Mag. rer. publ. am Institut für Finanz- und Steuerrecht der Universität Osnabrück, wo er während der Promotionsphase auch als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft tätig war. Daneben war Benedikt Schewe in diesem Zeitraum auch als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Kanzlei Bödecker Ernst & Partner in Düsseldorf tätig. Seit Januar 2016 absolviert Benedikt Schewe den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst im Bezirk des OLG Düsseldorf.
