Beschreibung
'The New Investment Advice Regulations of MiFID II' Since 3rd January 2018, the Second Financial Markets Amendment Act (2. FiMaNoG) has been in force, which implements the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II, MiFID II. The author examines this conversion into German law on the basis of a comparison of the European guidelines and background to the new German regulations. She compares them to the regulations in the United Kingdom and the USA. The investigation is limited to selected regulations in the field of investment advice.

Jana Mansen studierte von 2009 bis 2014 Rechtswissenschaften an der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Anschließend war sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht, Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtsvergleichung, Multimedia- und Telekommunikationsrecht von Prof. Dr. Gerald Spindler an der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen im Bereich Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht tätig. Seit 2016 arbeitete sie promotionsbegleitend im Düsseldorfer Büro einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei. Im Oktober 2017 begann sie ihr Referendariat am Landgericht Bonn.
