'The Creditor Committee Members Right to Information pursuant to § 69 Sentence 2 of the German Insolvency Code': This study is dedicated to the analysis of the extent and boundaries of informatory rights of the participating procedural organs in insolvency proceedings, specifically, the right to information of the members of the creditor committee in relation to the insolvency administrator. Aside from the principle of equal treatment of the creditors, data and business secret protection and security play a significant role in determining the limitations of information.
Autorenporträt
Amelie Klein studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität zu Köln mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechtspflege und Notariat sowie an der Universität Bergen, Norwegen. Im Jahr 2021 absolvierte sie die Erste Juristische Staatsprüfung. Die Arbeit entstand während ihrer Tätigkeit als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Verfahrensrecht und Insolvenzrecht der Universität zu Köln. Begleitend hierzu war sie als Promotionsstipendiatin bei einer Kanzlei tätig. Derzeit absolviert die Autorin den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst am Landgericht Köln und arbeitet als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft am Institut.
