The monograph examines the Administrative and Legal Framework for the Functioning of the Financial System of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to sharing a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the nature and features of the administrative and legal framework for the functioning of the financial system of Ukraine. It was noted and improved the historical and legal stage of financial system formation. It was given the definition of such categories as 'financial system', 'finances', 'system', 'administrative and legal framework', 'principle'. Also the monograph is focused on the issues of administrative and legal framework components.For scientists, lecturers, postgraduate students, doctoral and students of higher educational institutions majoring in law and all those who are interested in the financial system of Ukraine.The research was carried out within the framework of project No. 0120U100474 Development of methods of interaction of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine on counteraction to legalization of criminal measures.
