A perusal look at the significance of the topic: Euthanasia, Religion, Medical Ethics and Law particularly in the contemporary academics indicate the dearth of any texts that combined all these important subjects together. It is by no means that the present work is a compendium. Though not exhaustive, but effort has made to explain in details based on available materials on the conception of religion, medical ethics and law as regards Euthanasia.

Mr Musa was born in 1962 in Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria. He obtained N.C.E; LLB. LLM, BL. He is currently undergoing his PhD in Islamic Law. He is also lecturer in the department of Private and Islamic Law, Faculty of Law University of Abuja - Nigeria. Igweze Dumebi hails from Ibusa, in Oshimili - North Local Government of Delta State, Nigeria.
