'The Declaratory Model Action. Subject in Dispute / Lis Pendens / Declaratory Model Judgment' With the declaratory model action, the legislator for the first time supplemented civil procedural law with a collective civil procedural instrument. The work focuses on the subject in dispute, lis pendens and the declaratory model judgement, which are examined dogmatically and classified systematically. Procedural implications are illuminated and the compatibility of the newly created type of action with civil procedural principles and constitutional requirements is examined.

Anna Amrhein studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. Während des Studiums arbeitete sie an der Professur für bürgerliches Recht und Zivilprozessrecht bei Prof. Dr. Inge Scherer. Nach dem ersten Staatsexamen und seit der Anfertigung ihrer Doktorarbeit ist sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches, Deutsches und Europäisches Umweltrecht und Rechtsvergleichung von Prof. Dr. Ralf Brinktrine tätig. Ihre Promotion durch die Juristische Fakultät erfolgte im November 2019. Seit April 2020 ist sie Rechtsreferendarin am Oberlandesgericht Bamberg.
