Pallavi Kabde is Head, Dept of Public Administration, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad, India. She is a doctorate from Osmania University. She has several academic distinctions including Malathi Rolling Shield and Sardar Vallabhai Patel Gold Medal. She has a decade of experience in teaching, research, and extension.
