Yallappa Kombinoor, is faculty member in the department of Political Science at Akkamahadevi Women's University, Vijayapura of Karnataka (India). He has 20 years of teaching and research experience. He is active in teaching and research activities and participated and presented papers in conferences. He published articles in reputed journals.
