The author suggests in the book that engulfing the war function of military troops into the police and equipping the police with war weapons can make the country more efficiently use the budget of armed forces, and make the civil police absorb and accumulate large quantities of weapons and equipments such as the missiles, rocket artilleries, robots, helicopters, laser weapons and so on, so as to greatly increase the strategic armed predominance of the country. In this regard, the armed police show clear advantageous as compared to the army. In this book there is additionally introduced the basic constituents of armed police, including the strategic combating police, air police, naval police, land combating police, and civil police reserves; there is introduced the organization of command and staff of armed police as well as their various manners of communication; there is introduced some typical defensive and offensive tactics of armed police; there is introduced rhythmic frameworks with music sense while writing this book.
