This book has studied the George W. Bushs security perspective and the governmental documents on the security and strategies of the United States of America, before and after the terrorist attacks on 11th September 2001. In addition, the book has also looked into George W. Bushs strategies prior and after the terrorist attacks, determined the impacts of the events as well as the changes in his security perspective during this period.

Fakhreddin Soltani was born in Kaboudarahang (1978), function of Hamadan in Iran. In 1997, he joined the Karaj Islamic Azad University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences as student of International Relations. He got his PhD in Putra University, Malaysia (UPM)in 2011 and his Post-doc in the National University of Malaysia(UKM)in 2013.
