This book focuses on the role of women and their struggle in Nigeria since colonial period. It can be noted that men in Nigeria had played significant role in Nigeria politics in one way or the other as presidents, ambassadors, ministers and host of others. It is obvious that Nigerian women have been seriously marginalized since colonial period. This book will be useful for teachers, researchers in the field of gender studies and our political leaders.
