This research paper work in Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute, Harar Biodiversity Center refers to the Conservation, Sustainable utilization of Biological resource and fair and equitable benefit, sharing as a key player in Ethiopia concerning to CBD and NPSAP. Harar Biodiversity Center was established in 2015 in Harar city and it conserves and protects Biological resources that are found in eastern part of Ethiopia. At this time the center has a total of 12 staff members and 4 of them are researchers, the others being supportive staff.

My name is Yeneayehu Fenetahun and I was born in 1989. I was always interested to study Biological resources and I joined the Biology Department at Bahir Dar University and currently I am working at Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute as an Assistant Researcher. I am working on conservation, sustainable utilization and ABS on biological resources.
