The best investment in this direction is one's education and empowerment. Although no one can guarantee human happiness the process of development must address effort at individual level to ensure that no one is left behind. This is the first time the work is been published and hope it will continue to encourage rural people to make a difference in their service to humanity.

Okwudibie Alex Ndudi was born on 12th July 1978. He is Married to Mrs Oge Alex with two babies,a boy(Lifted) and a girl(Praise).He had his Master of Information Science in Ibadan and Bachalor of Science in Library and Information Science in Delta State University all in Nigeria.He is the Acquisitions Librarian in Novena University Ogume in Nigeria.
