Over the last few years the new type of technical intellectual systems - Thinking Systems - appears on the threshold of our society. Their ability to determinate the external environments with decision taking and applications at autonomous level provides their purposeful behavior during solving problems for persons. There are shown, for example, some stages of simulation of methods of organization human decision taking processes in indeterminate situations for solution of actual and unsolved problem of manipulation robotics and prosthesis as one of some features of Thinking Systems, discovered in the book. Therefore scientific disputes about the possibility of technical systems to generate thinking processes should be come to the end. Thinking Systems have a great future for both as specialists and so ordinary persons in Domestic Sphere, Industry, Medicine, Space, Oceans, Sport and other spheres of human activities.

Anatoly I.Timofeev, scientist of National Institute of Aviation Technologies, Moscow. He studied at Moscow State Aviation Technological University and Moscow State Technical University named Bauman. The field of research: the automation of different processes, including capture reliability processes of non-oriented complex form objects by robotics.
