Nowadays, intercultural communication plays a great role to help people understand one another when they do not share a common cultural experience. Differences in culture have always been there since creation of mankind. Nations and people of the world are increasingly interconnected and mutually interdependent. Globally, most cities and countries are becoming more diverse internally, with citizens and residents of varying races, religions, ethnicity and national backgrounds.

Endesew Eshetie was born in 1982. His birth place is Addis Zemen, Ethiopia. Currently, he is a lecturer and coordinator of English Language Improvement Center (ELIC) with the title Assistant Professor in the University of Gondar. And he is teaching students' courses like, Public Relations & the Media, Communications and English for journalists.
