Russell Battad Dolendo,Ph.D in Educatiomal Management has been teaching since 1990 (library science and physical education). Currently, the Head of the Secondary Education Department of the College of Teacher Education, Benguet State University. She also finished her Master in LIS in 2013 at Saint Mary's Univ & Master of Arts in PE in 2002 in BSU.
