Nowadays no organization can give meaning to its services without having an effective communication service. If the communication concerns the whole staff, it is the functional responsibility of a few in the organization. The communication structures vary according to the size of the organization and the status accorded to the communication. It is important to have it in ecclesiastical organizations.
