The author has analyzed the mathematical thought of the Azerbaijani folklore scientists on the basis of the works written by them, and given the scientific explanation of the mathematical models in folklore texts referring to the mathematical thought of the Azerbaijani folklore scientists and the development of the mathematical folklore science. The book also attempts to reveal the primitive digital mathematical-mythological worldview of the ancestry. Formation of the mathematical mythology as a science is based on the mathematical folklore texts.
Autorenporträt
Professor Ramil Aliyev specializes in folklore and mythology. He is the author of 12 books as well as over 70 scientific-methodical articles and programmes. Mr. Aliyev has an extensive scientific and pedagogical experience having worked for over 30 years at the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and various universities in the country.
