Beschreibung
In terms of a number of characteristics, higher-qualification vocational education and training (HQBB) differs fundamentally from other areas of continuing education and training, in particular non-formal learning and other formal learning activities. It therefore appears essential that effective CET monitoring treats this area separately throughout. This article defines a series of issues that should form part of HQBB monitoring. It then examines which issues are already reported on in current CET monitoring. It also identifies data sets that contain information on the HQBB but are not currently included in the reporting. Data gaps are also identified. Where statistical information on the defined indicators is available, some highlights are provided.
