Module A focuses focuses on personal encounters in the business world and will help you handle conversations and social situations in a business context. Topics and main language include starting and sustaining conversations, building rapport, finding common ground, asking questions, responding positively, changing the subject and ending tactfully, with opening lines, response patterns, softening devices and modals for diplomacy. Module B focuses on day-to-day business and will help you master phone calls, emails and video calls. Topics and main language include phone calls, greetings, messages, formal and informal emails, out-of-office and group-email communication, and phone/video channels, with language for telephone identification, message handling, email phrases, technical issues and group messages. Module C focuses on business results and will help you become an expert presenter in English. Topics and main language include structuring, opening and ending presentations, signposting, using visuals, highlighting key information and handling questions, with language for introductions, agendas, visual support, emphasis, Q&A and strong closing phrases.
