The protection and prevention of water in watersheds, which is related to freshwater resources for human development and survival, has always been a crucial research direction in the field of environmental engineering. Autorenporträt
Prof. Mohammed J. K. Bashir holds a Ph.D. from the School of Civil Engineering at the University Sains Malaysia and has a keen interest in the fields of resource management, environmental engineering, sustainable development, and water and wastewater treatment technologies. Over these years, Prof. Mohammed has been actively engaged in research and international academic communication, be it during his stay at the University of Indonesia and Hong Kong Baptist University as a visiting professor, or during his tenure as an external expert at the National Centre of Scientific and Technical Evaluation (NCSTE) in Kazakhstan. He is also an editorial board member of well-known journals such as Environmental Research, Environmental Technology, Processes, Water, Water Reuse, and Separations. So far, Prof. Mohammed has scored an H-index of 43, with a total of 6400 citations. He has been granted 20 awards along his path of education career.
