Here in this book we will find out how laws are formed and it affects the game of football and the need of new technologies in FIFA world cup. The book is based on the changes of laws in FIFA world cup from the very beginning to the current situation. The laws are amended and change according to the need, advantage and demand of the situation. Mr. Prasenjit Debnath working as an Assistant Professor( Ad-Hoc) in Government Degree College, Dharmanagar,Tripura (N), India since 2015. He received M.P.Ed, B.P.Ed from Tripura University and Regional College of Physical Education respectively.Beside this he is doing PGDY from ICFAI University, Tripura. He is at present serving TFA as a Referee.
