The study will analyze the important kinematic aspect of hang style technique in long jump.The results of the study will throw light on the important Kinematical components/variables of hang style technique in long jump. The coaches and physical educationist may use this reference while imparting coaching to athletes. It will add quantum of knowledge in area of bio-mechanics. The findings of this study may be helpful for talent identification. The results of this research may be helpful to sportsmen for the correction of hang style technique in long jump.
