Dr.Rakesh Malik is serving as Deputy Director in Directorate of Sports,Panjab University,Chandigarh,India. He is qualified 'A' Grade coach and Official in the game of Basketball.He is also Law Graduate. He authored many books in the field of Physical Education and Sports and contributed research work publication at National and International level.
