Beschreibung
Taking evidence in international commercial arbitration provides the reader with general overview of process of evidence taking in commercial arbitration. It covers the framework of this process starting from peculiarities of different legal systems and finally referring to the role of national court in the place where arbitration is conducting. The author is constantly referring to the most reliable academic sources and practical examples. Experience of Austria and Ukraine has also been taken into account. Recent developments and problems in the field were discussed and pointed out.

Maksym Voroshylo has graduated from Shevchenko University of Kyiv, in 2014 has entered the Post graduate LLM program at the University of Vienna European and International Business Law. Both Universities have been completed with honor. After graduation started to work in the law firm with focus on dispute resolution. Author of several publications.
