Author is a Research Scholar in Faculty of Law Banaras Hindu University at Varanasi in India.He had done this work as Dissertation during LL.M. He has written 3 articles on issue related to refugees and 4 articles on extradition issue published in a reputed journals. presently author is working on topic 'Extradition; Law and Policy in India'
