It is important to develop a larger framework for how intellectual property law can best serve the public ends of maximizing innovation and enriching our common culture. Efforts must be made to make intellectual property law serve public ends in both national and international law. The laws we need now must recognize the more broadly distributed and broadly valuable power of free and open knowledge.

Mr.Aman Deep Singh has done M.Com and M.A in Sociology besides LL.M. He has been a JRF awardee in Law.He has attended several national and international seminars, workshops and conferences in India and has also published articles in the national journals on legal and social issues.He is working as an Assistant Professor(Law)at RMLNLU,Lucknow.
