Methodology of jurisprudence is the prerequisite for proper understanding of Islamic jurisprudence and law. It establishes regulations for deriving verdicts from the main sources of Islamic law, i.e., the Quran, the tradition, the intellect and consensus. The book at hand is a dictionary to present specialized terms used in this field. The book contains two parts. The first part presents the terms in Arabic language translated into English and the second part provides the terms in English language translated into Arabic.
Autorenporträt
Born in 1980, Morteza Agha Mohammadi received his first PhD in Islamic studies and the second PhD in Shia studies. Since 2010 he has focused his studies on Shia geopolitics. He has been teaching in the fields of jurisprudence, ethics, and politics for more than 15 years.
