The fulfillment of emotional satisfaction creates a balanced and healthy human being. Distortion and repression of emotions perplex life and lie underneath all types of sufferings, i. e. physical, financial, sexual, mental and professional. Emotional turbulence is devastating and debilitating to both heart and soul. The deepest and lasting wound with any atrocity is the emotional wound. The emotion is the centre point of mental status.
