This book is designed to meet the needs of post-graduate M. Phill and research students of Mathematics and Operations Research. The development of various methods for the problem of Mathematical Programming in diverse field has been of primary concern of the Operations Analysts for last many decades. Mathematical Programming is concerned with Optimization problems of obtaining the best possible result under the circumstances. The result is measured in terms of an objective which is minimized or maximized. The circumstances are defined by a set of equality and/or inequality constraints.

Quazzafi Rabbani is associate professor in the department of Mathematics at Integral University, Lucknow, India. He has over seven years experience of teaching Statistics and Operations Research.He has published more than 12 research paper in journals of repute.
