Internal Financing plays an important role in Indian corporate Sector. Corporation may choose internal fund to save additional amount of cost of financing associated with external financing. Present study tries to highlight the economic significance of internal financing in Indian Corporate Sector over the period of 2003-04 to 2013-13. A panel data regression analysis has been formulated in my research study to show the impact of factors of internal financing in Indian Corporate sector.

Dr. Sankar Paul is an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration, Kolkata, West Bengal-70012. Dr. Paul has obtained his Ph.D degree from University of Calcutta in 2016 and also got M.phil and M.com in Accounting & Finance from the same University.
