Arbitration is often the preferred dispute resolution mechanism in international commercial transactions. For a successful outcome, the strategic use of information is crucial. Christian Jonathan Haverkampf holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth (US), diplomas in law and legal practice and a master in international legal practice from the College of Law (UK), a doctor in medicine, and a master in management from Harvard (US). He worked as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, taught communication, and is now a consultant.
