Sardar Moklesur Rahman obtained MSc degree in Real Estate and Land Management in Built Environment from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, 2014 and awarded MFS Scholarship. He attained LL.B (Hons) degree from University of London at Holborn College, London. He has legal and surveying experience as an Advocate in Supreme Court since 2003.
