Electronic banking system has become an important practice among commercial banks in Nigeria due to the present cashless economy in operation. The introduction of this electronic banking has improve banking efficiency in rendering services to customer, It was in line with this that the study that aims at examining the functionality and effectiveness of electronic banking tools in the banking system of Nigeria.

Femi Fasawe has a degree in "Project Management" from "The Federal University of Technology, Akure" in Nigeria, West Africa. Nigeria's Financial Sector is gradually embracing electronic Banking channels and the Paper was done to review the performance and general acceptance of this change.
