Dr. Shrvan Kumar Saini completed his Master of Law's and doctoral research from a University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Presently ha is working as a principal, Govt. Law College, Churu (Raj.) India. Dr. Saini has contributed 30 Research Paper in Journals and Books. His three Books has been published on Environmental Laws, Human Rights etc.
