Beschreibung
Except for big mergers or important companies takeovers which are highlighted by the media, companies takeovers or transmissions are done in secret. Historically, limited companys transition was done within the familial environment. In the entrepreneurs mind, it was obvious for his sons and/or daughters to take over the family business. We will not focus on the handover of family business to heirs as the trend changed. Nowadays family businesses dont always stay in the familial environment. All over the world, company succession is becoming a problem due to the ageing of entrepreneurs. According to a study, one third of managers from limited companies is over fifties and will retire within 15 years. It is an opportunity for young entrepreneurs who want to challenge their current lives and head towards a new professional adventure.
