Globalizing business activities, fast changing market trends and workforce mobility are some of the main reasons why companies today are in need of a future oriented, innovative and progressive thinking management. Such management gives attention to new concepts and tests the ones that can be applied in their own area of responsibility. The new concepts of workplace diversity go beyond focusing on age, gender, nationality, sexuality, religious convictions, or disability. They stress the importance of valuing deep level diversity, in order to unlock the power of diversity within the company. Here, inclusion is a must, and the same as diversity, it expands from inclusion of persons with disabilities, to inclusion of all employees, and creation of culture of participation and sharing of ideas. In this context employees are not merely a resource, they are key components of successes of a new, modern, ever changing, agile enterprise.
