Beschreibung
This book stresses on the importance of adolescents developing clear and well defined career related interests and goals. The results of this study suggests that the reason why increase in career maturity leads to a decrease in career indecision is because adolescents who posses high career maturity have a high vocational identity. It is therefore important for career counsellors to help adolescents evaluate themselves inorder to identify their career interests.
